I’m getting a lot of follows by “left wing” accounts and “journalists” that are clearly bots here to do psyops, slowly poison the well, etc, so gentle reminder to please keep yourselves safe and that rage bait is rage bait, designed to divide and conquer, regardless of its political lipstick shade

Nothing is foolproof but I like gamifying such tiny portions I can’t talk myself out of them, like “pick up and put away 10 objects” or “how many dishes can I do in 3 minutes” then by the time I reach 10 or 3 minutes I have forgotten I was not cleaning and keep going
