Another one bites the dust, Colorado HB25-1145 is dead in committee, 7-4. The bill sought to equate abortion and gender affirming care to human trafficking.

Colorado HB25-1068 was defeated in committee in an 8-4 party line vote. This bill would have allowed medical malpractice insurers to conduct discriminatory adverse actions against practices performing any gender affirming care for minors including therapy.
