Finally got this one all put together. I forgot how much work PG kits are, especially the older ones. I'm not sure which decals I want to put on this so until I figure that out, this one will go in the case as is.

This was a fun weekend project that is not my normal palette. I have been waiting on some inspiration for what to do with this kit for a while now. It feels good to finally put it in the case.

Took a turn at doing some painting on a favorite figure. I don't know if I love the base or not.

I did that too, and rattle cans are expensive. Think about how many kits you will be able to afford when a jar of paint costs you $4 and you can paint 5 kits with it? It is an investment, but it was maybe the single best purchase I ever made.

You say that like airbrushing will make you buy less? Lol

Ha!, that's why I stick to the smaller scales myself, but there are always exceptions to be made.

PG's are fun but man are they work. I like being able to dive into a kit without having to figure out the logistics of all that plastic. Outside of the PGU and the Zaku I am building now there isn't much in that line for me.

I hope you can pick up the Nu if you decide too.

Have you looked at the RG's? Is it the lack of detail from HG's? Or just the format of 1/144th scale?

I miss seeing the creators over in Asia. I think most of them stayed on twitter, or just never came here. There was a lot of weird stuff I used to see and I loved it.
