I've been thinking about drawing anthro and human characters in the same world lately. I think it could create some interesting dynamics between them (although I don't think I'll ever develop much of it... or at least not outside of my mind, haha)
These are just some random sketches.
Here's one of my all-time favorite coms: Me being a Garden Scrungle.

Illustration by mid-century illustrator Al Parker. A woman in pearls and a dance-inspired outfit of tight sleeveless top with a big skirt, leans over the shoulder of her seated fella who is reading the paper. She's planting a big kiss on his forehead, thanking him for a box of chocolates. There are broad ares of flat color and pattern, with a few choice bits of rendering on heads hands and hair.
al parker is here to remind you that there's always something interesting you can do with patterns or color or staging.

The Birds (Spring/Summer 1995) is the fifth collection by British designer Alexander McQueen for his eponymous fashion house. The Birds was inspired by ornithology, the study of birds, and the 1963 Alfred Hitchcock film The Birds, after which it was named. Typically for McQueen in the early stages of his career, the collection centred on sharply tailored garments and emphasised female sexuality. McQueen had no financial backing, so the collection was created on a minimal budget.
If you like niche internet heroes, a woman in Vancouver is LEGENDARY for her fashion articles. Recently she's been especially focused on Alexander McQueen collections which is why they've been showing up on the main page all the time. It's crazy how much she singlehandedly does to document art!!!

Werewolf problems. It was my OC Gabe's favourite jeans too.
He's been trying to strip off his clothes as fast as he can before he completely turns. Not always works in his favour.

A painting of two white-bellied treepies sharing a branch. One looks down at the other, the lower one hanging by one foot with one of its wings extended in a silly pose. There are some rounded, decorative shapes around them.
