Enfin, jusqu'au milieu des années 2000, car depuis, l'artiste est resté plutôt discret dans ce genre de musique. Connu pour ses nombreux enregistrements classés n°1 au Billboard Chart, l'artiste a aussi été nominé aux Grammy Awards pour son travail avec Dave Koz en 2012. Sa collaboration récente avec le saxophoniste Nick Stone a fait sortir l'artiste de sa retraite. Il a également collaboré avec des artistes connus tels que Darren Rahn, et Maxine Hardcastle. Subtil mélange de R&B et de jazz contemporain, ses compositions furent à l'époque très appréciées. Il faut dire que le pianiste ne ménageait pas ses peines pour proposer des compositions agréablement bercées par son piano reconnaissable parmi tant d'autres. Par ailleurs, son travail dans le Hip-Hop et l'EDM, a permis de faire connaître son style à un publique plus diversifié.
