This past weekend was a friends birthday so we did a build your own burger bar. Did smash patties, a couple spicy chicken filets, your typical burger fixings, along qmwith spicy queso dip and mushroom sauce. Potato salad, Mac and cheese, and fries for the sides.

Doritos nachos supreme. The ground beef actually had a gochujang base that was balanced out by all the toppings. Did two layers of chips, queso sauce, shredded cheese, onions, green peppers, and tomatoes. Then topped it with sour cream.

Was assisting my friend in her cooking skills and she ended up making a 7 hr short rib lasagna. Needless to say, it was probably THE best lasagna I've ever had. It had 4 different meats and an amazing tomato sauce.
