Under an executive order signed by Trump just days ago, that means he is saying that all protesters in America can be arrested on sight.

Department of Defense Directive 1344.10, is titled “Political Activities by Members of the Armed Forces.” -- It states that active-duty members must remain apolitical while in uniform or on duty — no partisan activity, campaigning, or public political endorsements are permitted.

But I thought if you smeared someone and they were then the victim of violence, that meant you had to be fired from your job.

My guess is that Stephen Miller has been lying to Trump about what's happening in Portland and Chicago in order to satisfy his long time desire to rid the country of melanin. Fox helps, but I'd bet a big part of why Trump is so clueless is that Miller is "handling" Trump to fulfill his own agenda.
