I’m deleting the apps off my phone not my actual accounts. I am constantly online and doomscrolling is stopping me from getting so much done. I’ve also left active discords because I just don’t wanna know, yknow?

But for now I might finally delete Bluesky from my phone and see you in August. Please don’t forget about me if you all find a new social media in that time (im so sad deleting Bluesky whereas deleting insta and LinkedIn was no biggie).

I’ve changed my mod shift at NamCam so I’m hoping to start running some (hopefully daily in the afternoon) productivity/writing sprints over on discord for those subbed to my Patreon. Just in case you wanted some company.

AMEN. Honestly jobs that depend on AI aren’t ones I want to be working at because using AI means you’re telling me you don’t want your company around for the next 100 years or more to come.

Oh god. I’ve been asked if I’m completely against it and I said earlier that more needs to be done to get it where it needs to be but at the moment we’re a long way from implementing it in our daily life.

I need potential employers to stop asking me what I think about AI because it’s nothing good and honestly why do you want to know what a writer you want to hire thinks of a machine that steals people’s work?
