WARIO, BIRDO, and WALUIGI
Birdo and Waluigi are both playable mainstays today due to Mario Tennis for the N64, as Wario needed a doubles partner and so did Yoshi.
And thus, Birdo was resurrected after not appearing since 1996 and Waluigi was born
