Since my songs nowadays are based off feel more than anything now, kinda like a paper to pen, meaning sometimes it cannot feel right which is when I am unable to make a song or two, but in a sense ig that means the time isn't right to make another

And I will never use AI ever,since I'd rather put feelings instead of a husk of myself, but that also means I cannot make a song unless the moment is right, and the feeling is there like with previous songs, btw robotic voices in them are up for interpretation it's up to you how it feels the song is

Gonna start learning this and start small, before going to do what I wanted to do, which was basically just start my shape game from scratch where it can be more easily optimized, this will take me a long time but I will do it since I want to.

Baked Doughnuts
1 Large Potato 
1/2 cup of milk 
1/2 cup of honey 
1/3 cup of butter
2 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour (any may be fine)
1 active dry yeast packet
coconut suger (optional)
(get one cup of unsweetened dried coconut, and put in a blender or a coffee mill and process at medium speed until coconut is a very fine powder, store in a sealed jar and it is in use in place of powdered suger to dust cakes and cookies)
cook the potato till is soft (make sure to somewhat peel), (aka boil it in water enough to cover it and poke with a fork time to time to check when soft), and reserve some of that water after you boil it, like say 1/4 of a cup of it, combine milk, butter, and honey in a bowl, and stir well, and let it sit there for awhile, dissolve the yeast in the reserved potato water aka mix and let it sit for awhile, then add it to the milk mixture and mix, then mash that potato you peeled, and then put into the mixture, and also add egg to it, aka crack a egg into the bowl, then mix, then work in flour, and mix it till you get a smooth or a sort of dough that looks usable and ready, get a bowl, and oil the bottem, then place the dough inside, and oil the top as well, then let it sit there for about a entire hr, then turn it out onto a floured surface, and knead for 5-8 minutes, roll into a 1/2 a inch thickness and use a cookie cutter of any shape or just cut into circles using a three inch doughnut cutter, lightly oil a baking sheet and place your creations on it, and let them rise for like 45 more minutes on that sheet, preheat oven to 425F
bake until 12 minutes or until lightly browned, take it out then optional thing is (cover it in butter and sprinkle onto it coconut suger), then if you wanna you can keep it plain, or put some frosting on top of any flavor, and it surprizingly tastes like a doughnut, you also can put it in the fridge to solidify the frosting after leaving it in there for awhile, or just have them fresh with frosting and sprinkles.

Old-Country Soft Pretzil Sticks

1 packet of active dry yeast
1 1/4 cup of warm water
1 tablespoon of honey
4 1/2 cups of any flour (i usually use 2 cups)
1 egg, beaten with 1/2 tablespoons of water
1 medium-size onion, chopped and sauteed
(caraway, sesame, or poppy seeds may be subsituted, or just ignore)
i use a small chunk of warm butter (pretty optional)

In a large Bowl dissolve yeast in warm water, add honey and let it proof. 
(proof = wait like youd normally do with regular dough)
then stir four cups flour (usually the time i add the small bit of warm butter). 
lightly oil baking sheet.
Turn out dough onto a floured surface and knead in 1/2 cups of flour till smooth,
divide dough into 48 peices, roll each into a rope about 1/2 a inch in diameter and 5 inches long,
place on prepared baking sheet, brush with the egg mixture and sprinkle with onions (topping with onion is optional),
let rise in place for 20 to 30 minutes,
preheat oven to 425F.
bake for 15-20 minutes, cool on wire racks.
Makes four dozen sticks or 
just a few of any shape.



For pizza Nuggets,
simply follow the recipe till you are at the part of splitting dough, and instead make small balls
and then coat in egg, and then put small bits of pepperoni on top (push down a little so it sticks)
and then coat the pepperoni with a small bit of oil (i normally use large pepperoni and chop them down)
and then just cook like normal.

I might as well Start this account with a good Recipe i Tweaked and Experimented with, a pretzel Recipe from back in the day, i got the recipe from a old cookbook, but i altered some things and it still works decently fine, let me know what you guys think, also any recipe sharing is nice here.
