Inspired by uncertainty, I broaden my canning & gardening skills to include foraging, an apothecary garden and a natural remedy cabinet. Can’t be sure I will have access to vaccines, healthcare or groceries.
Today: dandelion jelly, with iron, calcium & antioxidants &maybe more dandelion nutrients.
