I’m not immune from this of course (and just to be clear yeah this merger sucks dick) but when bad news hits the timeline I recommend just logging off for a bit and letting your mind clear up a bit. It’s so easy to get stuck in the cycle of rage and dooming I do it basically every day

This is kind of what I’m talking about cause the bad news is only half the equation when the other half is seeing everyone react to the bad news in the same defeated way, it’s grinding us down
