I hear you and you are so right: the old ways are NOT working. This includes how we try to enlighten/educate/reach (whatever you want to call it) WW. I am so disappointed, sick & at a loss: we (WW) didn't do enough and/or the way we are going about it isn't working. I don't know how to change this.
