Great fieldwork days with our new batch of Master students, here at at our agricultural site. During these days, they have set up their own eddy covariance tower and practiced flux measurements using chambers, among other things.

This summer @alindroth.bsky.social worked hard to set up soil & trunk CO2/CH4 chambers around our subcanopy EC system. Mikhail Mastepanov, designer & builder of the soil chambers, helped set up Ander's latest trunk chamber design yesterday.

Busy day at the agricultural site today: CO2/CH4 chamber measurements and LAI measurements on both annual and perennial crops, and manual augering of groundwater wells. The wells will help us keep better track of the groundwater level and nutrient leaching and be the basis for hydrological modelling
