Tbh I don't care what someone has done in the past, with whom, or what goes on in their many worlds. None of it has anything to do with me. I care only how I'm treated. So, when I'm reminded how little I'm valued, how disrespectful people are, it's not envy that triggers a reaction, it's anger.
