I don't share articles very often, but this is a good one.

Discrimination, of any kind, in our current climate is unlikely to get better soon, but maybe a little education, awareness, can counter some really stupid, loud voices out there. We need to work together, all of us.

Gisele Pelicot is an incredible woman and a hero for her nerve in bringing all those rapists to justice and for knowing the shame does not lie worth her — bravely declining anonymity was incredible.

Relationships work best when both people are not just wanting to feel loved, but showing it as well.

You are worthy of a love that not only starts strong but stays strong.

Being loved well means:

-Feeling seen and valued for who you are.
-Having your efforts reciprocated.
-Being with someone who takes responsibility for their role in the relationship.
-Having a partner who’s willing to grow with you, not just alongside you.

Always remember that you deserve someone who fights just as hard as you do. It’s not just about being loved—it’s about being loved well.
