Strawberry yogurt, parfait wa SOOOO YUM , also the yt drink was SO YUM but it just made me realize how much I miss vanilla biola (please come back to me I miss u π’) but when I mixed it with the frozen raspberries, it turned into ice cream. It was the best. Iβm so excited to have an intro creamy so I can like make ice cream with vanilla milk and frozen blueberries I think itβs gonna be the best !

I loved this blueberry yogurt, drink thing the brand is yopro It was so good., Iβve been loving these tiny green app in my drinkable yogurt soup thing that I make (I love yogurt soup) , I did not like the new Greek yogurt unfortunately I will not buy it again. It was weird. , but MY strawberry yogurt parfait was amazing (I made it with banana passionfruit skyr and strawberry protein powder although I prefer it with vanilla yogurt or strawberry yogurt and then I put 2 kornmo biscuits in like layers and frozen strawberries on top)

I love steamed eggs. Itβs my favorite food now I love it. I love it so much.
I did one egg + one egg white which was =89 g eggs and then I added 89g water and steamed on low heat (covered) for 15- 17min and topped with soy sauce and spring onion :)

Genuine question, but is it physically possible for me to keep maintaining my weight at 1300cal because Iβve been maintaining the same weight for 14 DAYS and it makes no sense to me like .. my TDEE is supposedly 1880

I hate when people ask about how I walk so much I hate walking. I hate it so much. It takes up all of my time. I never had time to do any of the things that I actually like to do none of my hobbies nothing Iβm always walking. Thatβs all I do itβs horrible

I also had sugar-free meringue but they were in a bowl like next to my table and I forgot to put them on the table before I took the picture , the Clementine was kind of watery, which made me sad because it smelled really good , I loved the mochi It had the texture Play-Doh, which I love. I love the texture Play-Doh I kind of want to get mochi ice cream soon hmmm π€ , the jelly was also amazing It was peach jelly and it had some actual peach in it. This was really really good but the sesame crackers kind of got stuck in my teeth, so I donβt think Iβm gonna buy them again. I just wanted to try them because they were a childhood favorite. , I love the new blueberry protein skyr that just came out I just really love blueberry yogurt, actually in general itβs one of my favorite things :) , and the chocolate coffee oats were really good too actually they were like the highlight of this meal the recipes posted and I think you should try it !

This is in Norwegian vegetable soup called lapskeus I will post a recipe for it soon it was really really good Iβm really proud of myself. Weβre starting to like traditional Norwegian food because of my sensory issues as a kid specific about it, and that other people were making it I didnβt feel comfortable eating any of them but I can make the textures to my liking. I actually have been enjoying Norwegian food :)
