Not anything cool like a deadlift or a squat, it was a cable upright row that did it for me.

Kinda tweaked my back just a little at the gym yesterday. I’m fine, but not 100%. It was on my last exercise of the day. wasn’t even going to do it but felt like I had enough energy for one more lift. Wasn’t even heavy, I just had an awkward first lift. That’s all it takes these days.
