Loved the single when it was released, took a while to get used to PiL, a love/hate thing with me and them. Recently returned to 'Metal Box' to see if would finally appeal to me, sad to say, I'm still none the wiser, and that's decades after.

Sounds bloody awful.

A strange beastie this car, was never really a fan of them as a kid. Quirky sound and the half window thing going on with it made it different, not to mention the shape and the protruding head lights, but it has a certain appeal, cute in it's own odd sort of way.
What are your thoughts?

I guess it was bound to happen one day.
