No need to be rude Liz. Just because the FCC hasn’t done something before doesn’t necessarily mean they cant attempt to do something going foward. There is at the very least a compelling interest here and no State action could possibly matter for a network with Fox’s reach. They wont. But…

Half assed apology. The FCC should do something but anything “Federal” isn’t doing anything for the populace for the next four years.
