Why are so many undocumented immigrants being held in detention for so long instead of being deported?
Simple. The billionaires who own the detention centers get paid for keeping people here. They don't get paid for people who get deported.
It's not about the law, it's about taking your money.

Funneling money through a PAC with a “feel good name” is one thing, but leveraging the power and community of women as a part of this deceit really pisses me off 😒

#Latinasforfreedom showed up and made use of her strong voice to insight change! We’ve seen her at everything from two weeks ago city council, to protests at Dilley and now she’s a close friend of our groups. I was so sad to hear she’s still recovering from the DPS dilley attack. #satx

I only got the tail end of his speech but this is really important information. Apparently ICE has been planning to aquire #sanantonio facilities since 2022….this isn’t new…it’s just the first we are hearing.
