A collab sketch with Freya (drawn by Cat) drooling over Chubbo (drawn by me), who is a bit weirded out by her but doesn't really mind. There's two more sketches of Salem (Cat OC), one with a big stuffed belly pressing against his suspenders and the other after digesting and gaining weight.

Chubbo might be the most 'agreeable' catboy that Freya has encountered (so far), as long as he's bribed with a sufficient amount of snacks.

the black queen hugs the black king protectively. She is saying "You're not laying a finger on him. not while I'm here"

the white queen blows a kiss at the black bishop from a long diagonal line. He yells back "Get back you vile temptress! I am a holy man, untainted by desires of the flesh!!!!" The queen and bishop often stare each other down from a diagonal sight line.

the white knight looks down at the black king, from a square close to him (it's implied he's not able to put him into check from here). the black king says "oh! thank goodness it's just you, knight! I know you can't actually hurt me from there!" (phew!)

a continuation of the panel before, where the white knight is no longer in focus as he turns to the side to move, and reveals the white queen. She yells "yooohoo! little kiiiing!" and shocked/scared, the black king says "A-Ah! A DISCOVERED CHECK PLAY?!" (which is when you move one piece out of the way to reveal a line of sight to the king.)
