In case things get Weird for longer than we want & food prices end up skyrocketing, we should all find 2-3 easy comfort meals that are cheap & filling, that you actually LIKE eating.

For me, that's Ramen; Start with the CHEAPEST base & add a protein (whatever's on hand) & 1-2 veg (usually frozen)
