Just one example; I enquired about a certification pathway on a protocol that really spoke to me at the time. They said it’d not only be thousands for the training, but i’d need to ‘subscribe’ in order to be permitted to practice - at over $200 PER MONTH. That is some bullshit.

Do you reckon we could have a chat about the gatekeeping of training and certification in the therapeutic space? Psychs, counsellors etc. trying to establish themselves are stymied because OPD is so cost-prohibitive.
