In answer to your VFX question about it being on the tv - yes it’s much easier because the quality is much lower and therefore more forgiving! But from a story pov it really works as the wave was such a shock because we didn’t see it coming! We would have, if it had been crisp 4k!

Rewatching #Lost and “Not Pennys Boat” hits harder than the first time round 😢
