Second to that is that people are being treated extremely unfairly, we just want food, water, medicine and shelter.

Also, keep in mind that more = better. Doesn't matter, the recommendations are the minimum you should consider. There is a lot of YT creators that can help you build a BOB. If you have experience in something dedicate some supplies to that, gardening as an example, have some seeds and supplies.
