Friends of Al Rockoff -- we've started a GoFundMe page to help Al and his partner Vicki get legal assistance to rescue his negatives and photo archive, which they feel was stolen from them. Al is also facing eviction, and funds will go toward helping him move.
Together they explore themes of karma and revenge β and the torture β from which Ngor never truly recovered. Ngor emerges as reckless β a man shaped by survival and haunted by loss.

2/2 It's not entirely Elon's fault that people are using tech for crime. BUT Elon once turned off Star Link in a PRECISE, TARGETED WAY, when he chose to undermine a Ukrainian attack on Russian forces in Crimea.

One thing not considered? Nick Ut was at the same site, and shooting film. Unlike with digital, one does NOT see one's own photos until hours, even days later. His negatives included a side view of the injured girl. When moments are so fleeting, would he have known he hadn't taken a front view?
