I had a total knee replacement (tkr) 4 years ago at age 72. To prepare I actually joined a gym with trainer services, took it seriously, took some group classes for (surprisingly) fun. I was judged done with rehab 2 weeks early. You can do it easily if you strengthen your leg. Go for it!
