Yeah, and fun fact: Spielberg actually held a futurist summit before making the movie... brought in tech minds, architects, philosophers, all to map out what the near future might realistically look like.

And yes, totally agree... the story was chilling back then, but now it feels eerily close to real life. So many elements, from predictive policing to targeted advertising, feel like they've jumped off the screen and into our daily lives.
