I've loved space ever since I was a little kid, re-reading the same book over and over to just get a glimpse at what's possibly out there. As life went on, my interest faded while I had to focus on other things. However, ever since joining the Sonic fandom, my love of space has been stronger than ever; especially after writing Supernova, a 40k-word fic filled to the brim with connections between Sonic the Hedgehog and space. As part of my experience in hosting events, I ran Sonic AU Collision, an AU showdown—which, of course, I included space motifs in. I am so excited for this zine come to life and see what we'll create!!! I'm a digital artist and also a huge nerd for geology and paleontology. I've been apart of zines for a bit over a year now starting with Furhire Press' furry zine. Since then I have also been apart of the Sonic the Hedgehog Big Bang, DotZines MHZine and have hosted the Fossil Fighters Zine. I'm super excited to be the Spreadsheets Mod for this zine and cannot wait to see what we'll all create for it! Mod Experience: Fossil Fighters Zine (Host), STH Big Bang 2026 (Mod) To the right of the gadget are two samples of Aiden’s work. A couple years back, I accidentally stepped into the Sonic franchise, and now I am six feet deep in the hyperfixation. Oops? That being said, Sonic and space are my two favorite things of all time, and together is even better! I'm so proud to be able to contribute to this amazing project, and plan to do my very best. Can't wait to Reach For The Stars with you! Mod Experience: Future With You (Intern), Sonic AU August (Host) To the right of the gadget are two samples of Cosmic’s work. One is an artwork depicting a stylized version of Dark Sonic, staring directly at the camera with a tilted head. His quills are fluid-like, and his face is replaced with a spiral galaxy, with a star-like quasar in the center that emits a horizontal beam of light that cuts across the canvas. The other is a written excerpt from “Legend”, a Sonic fanfiction, which reads: When they pull apart, his heart feels lighter. He feels more ready. Shadow studies the illuminated hedgehog intently, memorizing his form to accompany his memory. He looks more alive than he has in years, and that simple fact is worth spending the impending centuries in his absence. Sonic takes a deep breath and whispers a quiet “Sayonara, Shadow.” Then, he takes two running steps back. As Shadow watches, he winks and flips off the very edge of the island, dropping toward the sea. When he flies up, the ocean waters reflect his radiance as it does the moon, painting a dance of light on its surface as Sonic curves in a wide loop, letting out a shout of unbridled joy. He shoots for the sky and brilliant tail trails behind him, like a comet in reverse, returning home to the stars.
