Somethign as expensive as an IPhone should be classified as a "durable good," like a dishwasher or a stove, and not be expected to be replaced ever couple of years. Also, Apple should understand, really understand, that very few people want native AI on their phones, and will stop buying them.

The worst part about having a minor gas leak in your home that you refuse to fix due to an ongoing, morally justified, but nonetheless sexually charged, dispute with your neighbour is that it really colours how people judge your takes. They're prejudiced against new ideas you or your cat suggest.

In a way the joke’s on them, that converter was on death’s door, the insides were all breaking up. I was just waiting for it to actually fail before I replaced it.

But they butchered the front pipe in the process so now it’ll be unnecessarily difficult to put a new one in.
