There is a difference between "deep insights" (longer interviews, usability tests) and "fast insights" (satisfaction surveys, feedback etc). I think there are huge opportunities in using AI to connect the dots and help showing recurring usability issues and improvements.

I've seen a few startups in this space, and it's still a bit unclear to me how the agents would be trained in the company's domain?

Would you release an AI agent to interview your customer base and build the knowledge from that? Wouldn't that require a significant amount of users?
