Awesome bridge I saw yesterday

S9 being like actual cops is a good point. In context they’re a bunch of hotshots with a special forces police unit, most of them came from the military and WW3, they’re in a cyberpunk world, and have very little oversight and a lot of leeway to do whatever they want. Them being A-holes makes sense.

Can tell already I'm gonna end up preferring SAC Section 9's characterization. Wonder how closely the new anime will stick to the way the manga is written or if they're just going to adopt the visual style but make the characters more in line with what anime fans are used to.

Going through the GitS manga, two thoughts so far:

Masamune's cover arts are beautiful, I love the way he colors his drawings

The difference in attitude the characters have between the manga and the anime take a little getting used to. The gang is kind of a bunch of assholes so far! It's funny.
