I need to remember that I'm the only one I need to prove myself to. And that I'm not alone. But it's getting harder. I'm not strong as I want to be.

Will probably regret venting here but I need to get these out or I might actually do stupid stuff. I think my mom knew... she never talked about it but she booked me a flight back home. And she called me at midnight.

I don't know if i'm strong enough to recover again. No one can fully understand or fight the battle against myself for me because I can't word it out. These negative thoughts want to end me.
