I was born w/ craniosynostosis. The top of my skull was rebuilt to allow for brain growth, but nothing in my head lines up right. Always stuffy/runny. I'm also peri, which seems to have activated reserve histamines. Yay. Oh, if the barometer is off its meds, I get a migraine-grade headache.

I can't do a neti pot; can't form a seal in the back of my throat. Anyway: Breathe Rights, vaporub, Katinko roll-on (it's Filipino, I get in from Amazon), humidifier in my room because I am a mouth breather at night. 2 Sudafed each AM & Zyrtec/Xyzal & Nasacort. A Benadryl at night if needed.

Same. Very often memories of that time come back to me,whenever citizens of an oppressive regime rise up. Women in Tehran right now -- just wow! They are done with the status quo & they are just done. But I remember those students in the square , faraway visions thru my parents solid state TV.

I remember as a teenager watching the protests unfold, thinking how brave they were to take a stand. And knowing an iron hand was waiting in the wings to smack them down. I remember seeing that brave soul standing before the tanks.

Been on epilepsy meds since I was 12, & also struggle w/ depression & anxiety. I was born w/ sinuses from hell (can't use a neti pot). Congestion & sinus pressure cause pain, nausea, dizziness, & affects my ability to function. Nevermind back & joint pain!

It honestly wouldn't hurt my feelings none if we went back to horse and buggy. I mean, I'd need to finagle some sort of HVAC system for it because I don't do excessive heat and humidity. But cars, while they have their advantages, can be such a PAIN!!!

Once, in a particularly tight economic period for me, I checked out a couple of reality shows. Amazing Race was one of them. It is the only one that has ever appealed to me. I can't sit there watching the antics of those famous for being famous or those-- you know what, I'mma stop there.
