We’ve got the clean-up crue in the yard this week: Raccoons, possums, other-worldly beings making noises unseen, lil crunchers munchin’ on the last sacrificial fruits and veggies, untamed bees flying into candle wax for some moisture in this horrible drought, LARGE spiders moving in on what’s left.

I like to give our 2 feral kitty rescues tours around the house. In my mind it calms them to know how many exits they have at first; over time they become less scared. The best tourist of the two is badger, the dad cat. He perks up + looks around and I can feel his excitement and I love it the end
