ICE Taps FEMA Employees to Help Ramp Up Deportation Blitz The Department of Homeland Security has forcibly reassigned a subset of Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) employees to ICE.

In another article about FEMA employees being "poached" to join ICE it stated they were threatened to join. FEMA employees are not trained police. This is kidnapping and the threatening is criminal.
