🔑 Key changes include clearer references to constituency representatives, strengthening the autonomy of the Secretariat and stronger provisions for virtual meetings. 💻

🔎 A number of updates were made the same day, with the revised Rules now applied provisionally until their formal adoption at #SB64 in Germany in June 2026. 🥨

💼 On 12 February, the Advisory Board (AB) of the Santiago Network on #LossAndDamage 🛠️ met for an exceptional session to review its Rules of Procedure and Conflict of Interest Guidelines. 📃

✊ We can't fix the climate crisis with the same broken financial systems that created it. The UN Tax Convention is the missing link that could turn the historical responsibilities of the wealthy into actual #Reparations for those on the frontlines facing #LossAndDamage.

⚖️ By moving tax rulemaking from the OECD to the UN, the #GlobalSouth finally gets a seat at the head of the table - ensuring tax rules prioritise rights over profit.

📷 These negotiations could also confront tax abuse and illicit flows, unlocking #billions for climate action.

💰 The latest round of negotiations for the #UNTaxConvention was held last week in #NewYork.
