Acetaminophen Use During Pregnancy and Children’s Risk of Autism, ADHD, and Intellectual Disability This nationwide cohort study with sibling control analysis examines the association of acetaminophen use during pregnancy with children’s risk of autism, ADHD, and intellectual disability.

A Swedish cohort (~2.5M births, April 2024) with sibling-control design found no link between prenatal acetaminophen and autism, ADHD, intellectual disability.

Earlier associations = confounding

Found out today that my state cut all preexisting funding for overdose prevention, addiction, & “harm reduction efforts to reduce overdose rates and deaths.”

The city I live and work in has as many overdose deaths as San Francisco and my state is in the top worst for overdose for the past 15 years.
