Our power company is doing a planned power outage tonight, 10 pm - 7 am. In early March, in northern lower Michigan. Temps are mild, and we have wood-burning stove, but we'll still be without lights, appliances. We're on a well, so no flushing w/o adding water manually.

Some cats really are aloof, I can confidently say, with a couple of years experience in a boarding facility and humane society. Cats also tune in to humans' auras, and find those who love them.
