To my peeps going to ECCC: be wary of any Halo cosplayers you may encounter. Many of those whom are members of the 405th Pacific Regiment are not safe for you to be around especially if you are transgender, LGBTQ+, autistic, and/or immunocompromised. They are bigots.

Abortions should be provided to anyone who wants one, regardless if it is an emergency or not.

Our core values should not/do not include spending $100M to flood the streets with more cops. Invest in public programs that reduce crime instead.

After way too many attempts, I finally got my petticoat to a point where I like how it looks. Going to clean it up with some hand stitching before adding all the ruffles.

I have issues with my wigs causing headaches, especially early on I was convinced that I needed to use a ton of bobby pins and hair spray, but I figured that unless I'm whipping my head around or dangling upside down, I can just plop it on and it's usually fine 💗

I'm dying to make a fursuit but, alas other projects have taken priority

My happy place is in the thick of cosplay planning. Working out how I'm going to make each piece, adding my own custom flair, learning new techniques. I'M LEARNING EMBROIDERY FOR REAL THIS TIME!

Disabled people are often the focus of "whataboutism." Yes, some people are disabled and cannot participate in all forms of resistance, we know. People need to focus on what applies to them rather than thinking they need to speak up for us. We have our own voices.
