Self Gravity is a Lambic-style sour ale spontaneously fermented with microbes from our orchard. Aged for three years before resting on Kent grown cherries for three months before bottling.

There's a little tradition in Helens household of enjoying a 330ml kriek on Christmas morning. Fortuitously over at the brewery James has been secretly working on a kriek for quite some time, and it is now ready! So this has all worked out really rather well...
