Sonja from Advance Wars. Despite the green uniform, she is part of the Golden Commet faction (the yellow ones). Did you know: The western release of the games for the DS localized her by removing the glasses, which I think is an extreme disservice and the only actual warcrime in the game. Thankfully, the developers corrected this mistake in the newer releases. 4 hours on this without counting the 3 previous failed attempts. I tried a background but I didn't like it.
