Eeesh. I have the CD box set of this. I need to put this on tomorrow. It is is is. And it is now.

24.01.2026 00:21 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Oh you went for it too? Mine arrived the other day. I also plumped for the live CD-R and itβs really, really good

12.01.2026 16:09 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Picked up Dark City from the Arrow sale, rewatching tonight. Rinsed this a bunch on vhs and dvd but I've seen it only once in twenty years, pretty excited to catch this new restoration
12.01.2026 02:11 β π 16 π 1 π¬ 1 π 0Are we sort of the same person? As soon as I heard this was being reissued as a UHD I insta bought it. Watched the director's cut a few weeks ago. This movie went out of my consciousness for so long and then bam! Back it was. I don't quite know why or how I let it go for so long. It's genius.

UNDERRATED 90s ALBUMS: βTexturologyβ by Beaumont Hannant
Well up there in our βrecords in dire need of a reissueβ listβ¦
www.normanrecords.com/features/und...
Now this definitely IS an underrated album. Both this and the vinyl-only companion double LP, in fact. This needs a reissue so badly, precisely because of its current scarcity.
05.01.2026 10:51 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Itβs frustrating too, because the reason for it is listening to it so much at the time because of how much I adored it. Itβs this andβ¦ oddlyβ¦ Artificial Intelligence Volume II that I have the biggest blocks with. Still, at least thereβs Pentamerous Metamorphosis. π
20.12.2025 15:29 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Has pretty much always been one of my favourite ambient albums of all time. But I struggle to listen to it anymore because the nostalgia triggers depression. π
19.12.2025 23:03 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Elseq 4 and NTS Sessions 1 in particular for me are the gold-tier sets from this period. But the sets in total are such behemoths is sometimes hard to pick. I do wish Elseq 1-5 had been given a physical release though.
23.10.2025 09:25 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I love Incunabula sooooo much. I still donβt understand why many hardcode Ae fans hate on it. But thenβ¦ Iβm old enough to have bought the album when it first came out π€£
19.10.2025 22:29 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Oh, and I didnβt know what to expect from βThe People Matterβ given that itβs almost nineteen minutes long. Turns out itβs one of my favourite things: a masterclass in the art of the slow build β€οΈ
17.10.2025 22:33 β π 4 π 1 π¬ 1 π 0Thatβs fantastic news! But thenβ¦ itβs a phenomenal album π₯

12.10.2025 18:21 β π 15 π 3 π¬ 0 π 0I still havenβt pulled the trigger on the latest 2022- sets. Itβs Β£50 for the lossless but you get a whopping 20+ hours of music. Itβs that monolithic amount that scares me. I have all the previous ones and have yet to barely scratch the surface. Itβs intimidating π€£
20.09.2025 09:09 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Ah Orbus Terrarum. For years and years after its release I didn't listen to it because I thought it was "too weird". I kind of just dismissed it. Then those 2CD reissues came out, I bought it and fell in love with it. It's easily my second favourite Orb release now.
