the trailers genuinely irritated me so much I refuse to watch this movie, arguably needlessly petty but maybe they should’ve made the movie seem more appealing to watch

I don’t care how good the reviews are, I am not watching One Battle After Another

believe it or not: it was just a dream

what really threw me off was that I woke up IN my dream and in THAT moment (in the dream) I HAD sent the voice messages

I overworked myself this week which probably accounts for the illness(?), ten and a quarter hour working days are not meant for mortals

woke up at 5:30 this morning with a sore throat, stuffy nose and a frantic panic to make sure I DIDN’T send my ex long voice messages as I walked around Solihull and that it was just a dream

the obvious conclusion to come to is just to do both

so y’know what

I feel so chilled rn and I can’t tell if I want a nice hot candlelit bath or to just get into my pyjamas and make a cup of tea with a movie

being made one of the most important people at work is very cool but also incredibly scary and anxiety inducing

looking up things about catastophising (not even necessarily ways to get over it) has actually helped me to severely reduce my current catastrophising

I guess understanding the issue helps to deal with it :,)
