i made a comment not too long ago about this-, but basically ive already tried this

they have so much open time to build up some sort of case against me, I’m scared they’re gonna win and I’ll be trapped here forever with no way out.

something important I need to note: I have been going through the process of trying to get this guardianship terminated with no luck. they’ve instead switched it to something else, and the case of termination or modification is still ongoing. I’m scared of what they’re gonna pull next.

i wouldnt know who exactly to file a complaint to is the thing, as aps does not help at all in that regard

it's weird being a 21 year old under a guardianship that specializes in elder law.

in that department, I’m sadly lost. The most I’ve done is explain my situation to my therapist, my doctor, my case worker, my lawyer, and explained it during a psych evaluation iirc, my memory is horrific.

I wouldn’t know exactly who to call, as APS are the ones who got me into this mess and only visited the house once during my time here for a mere 15 minutes, not even entering the household.

I am begging. anyone. please help me.

in the same room as me, on my roommates side. she vomited up one day, the mess was left the entire night. I had to sleep next to this.

I forgot to mention on the day that I arrived here, I got a terrible skin infection that was fungal, and had to get it treated immediately (which I was thankfully able to do MYSELF). I don't know if I have anything else now, but it feels like my body is shutting down.

first day i arrive, I found things like this. it's been ""cleaned"" since, but the rest of the kitchen still remains dirty.

taken a few months into my stay. in the same room as me, my roommates side always looks something like this. every time it's cleaned, she ruins it. spilled milk, spoiled diapers, you name it. this was EXTREMELY close to my extension cord for my phone charger and other things.

also taken a few months in, this is the air conditioning unit. only one they have.

first day i arrived. thought this was some sort of mold, but found out later these are apparently "cleaning supply stains". don't really know what to believe, it's gotten denser since.
