Same, no fear of flying… once I’m in an airport, I’m good.
I like airports.. used to work at airports.
It’s probs about the time.. and the variability, in traffic on roads… have I given myself long enough… but of course I have. Ffs.

As soon as I am at the station.. at the airport, it subsides… can be partially triggered from bad experiences in the past….
I did once miss a flight.. which was then problematic.
And I have missed trains.. which isn’t that bad.. so why the adrenaline and raised bp?
