We have lost some incredible ladies recently.
It makes me very sad, but what Fabulous lives they had.

I am a man with many hats and outfits, having adventures everywhere... I admire the bowler hatted man from 52 Festive Road.
We have lost some incredible ladies recently.
It makes me very sad, but what Fabulous lives they had.
Message from Windy Miller:
'While my mill is 'missing' I'm using my time very wisely!
Cheers to you'!!
Has anyone seen my wind mill?
It took off in the storm last night.
If it's in your garden - let me know.
Today I went for brunch at Cecconi at Biscester Village and they had two Fabulous chandaliers.
Amazing what you see when you look up!!
I'm Mr Benn, the man in the hat.
I've been away, now I'm back.
All my suits are from Savile Row.
All my hats are from Lock & Co.

On a Scottish adventure many years ago, I met a singer.
He was called Aitch, from Stepps.
It's alright, I've got my coat on...
Here you go...
Probably the last time David drew Mr Benn.
It's a treasured souvenir.
Bet you they can't do a Mr Benn in with a circus mirror to make him look fat; can they?
01.10.2025 18:07 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Finally, after many years, this vending machine agrees with us!
Β£4.50 for a Twix?
Yes... Totally out of order!!
Apparently there is a new Amazon advert where they deliver to Festive Road.
Have you seen it?
Mr Benn is all about the small independent shopkeeper.
Amazon are responsible for closing thousands of these shops, so I find it incredible they are using Mr Benn for publicity.
Fabulous photo Mark.
28.09.2025 19:20 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I have just spent the weekend running the music stage at a food frestival.
I chose all the acts & did all the production.
It was Fabulous fun & a real joy to work with loads of extremely talented musicians.
I am so lucky to do what I do.
If you are looking for an adventure this weekend, come to the Thame Food Festival.
It's always Fabulous fun.
I am running the music stage.
Come and say hello!!
This time last week I was at Ray Brooks memorial service.
I feel very lucky to have known him.
Here he is with Mr Benn outside his favourite pub in Kew.
Hello! How was your day?
25.09.2025 19:38 β π 93 π 4 π¬ 13 π 0Dickie Bird was a legend.
He cared massively about cricket, and had a great sense of humour too.
I'm sure he'll already be umpiring upstairs...
RIP Sir. Thank you for the magic.
I love funfairs, especially the stalls.
22.09.2025 19:42 β π 14 π 0 π¬ 4 π 0When someone famous dies, we are very sad.
That's ok. Grieving is part of life & it's healthy to let the feelings out.
Lovely touch to have Ray's chair at the memorial service.
It felt like he was still on set & would appear 'as if by magic'!
With a lovely nod to Big Deal, our memorial sheets came with a playing card.
Turn it over, and I got a winner!!
Today was the memorial for the late great Ray Brooks.
There was a great turn out & it was lovely to share stories with his family & friends.
The funfair is in town.
I love a funfair!!
The moral of Mr Benn Spaceman:
'When you think you want to leave where you are, & go somewhere nicer, just remember that the grass is not always greener on the other side.
Try to appreciate where you are instead'.
Yesterday was spent watching the T20 Finals Day.
Fabulous entertainment!
Music, fireworks & great cricket.
Everything I love!
Congratulations Somerset.
Having fun as a Spaceman...
12.09.2025 20:36 β π 58 π 5 π¬ 1 π 0In honour of Ray Brooks, I have been posting the Mr Benn adventures in the order they were shown.
Next is Spaceman, with more great narration from Ray: youtu.be/PSEA2eqeaV0?...
Saw this in Festive Road...
Hopscotch has changed since I was a child!!
Fabulous hat selection!!
11.09.2025 17:05 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0A huge thank you to the NHS.
For the first time in my life, I had to call an ambulance.
The paramedics who came to help me are called Andrew & Lucy & I am very grateful to them.
In xase you're wondering, I am ok thanks.
Please see my replies as I've explained all.
Thank you. *doffs bowler hat*
