Last nights adventure was spending the evening with Ray Brooks & David McKee's family.
We had a Fabulous time.

I had a cup of coffee with a well known record producer today.
As a musician, it is so nice to compare notes & stories with people on the other side of the industry.

On Thursday night, I went to see Hugh Cornwall.
I bought Duchess when I was 12, and to hear it sung by the man that wrote the lyrics made the 58 year old me Fabulously happy.

Why is it that when I see this logo at the start of a film I want to make a cup of tea?

He told me a great story about raising the morale of his troops... He went up in a spotter plane & said I want to be blinded by the searchlights when I look out of the windows!
And he was!
Last time I saw him he was raving about Norman Cowans taking 5 wickets in Oz in The Ashes!!

This is my Grandfather, Major General Erroll Tremlett.
He was in charge of the air defences over London in WW2.
To me, he was Booboo & instilled a love of golf & cricket in me.
