He is one of those fake Christian nuts and lost his PR training when fandom suggested Danny is FTM and Dash was gay. He expressed a shitty opinion. But we all just ignore it and continue to love his media bc he’s not doing what JK Rowling is doing.

This brought up a convo about where I draw the line, separate the art from the artist, etc. My line is that Rowling uses HP profit to fund anti trans orgs & legislation. Another artist whose media I love is homophonic and transphobic: Butch Hartmann, creator of Danny Phantom of Fairly Odd Parents.

I wish I one day not be triggered by Harry Potter. It was once such a big part of my life. If 15yo me so these… even 20yo me… I would be over the moon. But Jo’s transphobia has given me the ultimate ick. I’m disappointed in Care Bears, progressive & inclusive, would even consider this collab.

Every time I buy a Care Bear in person the cashier is always overjoyed and we talk about Care Bears for the whole transaction and nothing makes me feel more high than these interactions.

Beautiful snowy day!

Being met with the reality of my 10yo PC finally crapping out but now with adult bills is depressing the shit out of me. What do you mean I have to save hundreds of dollars bc my computer doesn’t have a stupid little chip? Why is my graphics card struggling to run games I’ve played this whole time?

We’re deeply saddened by the passing of Jim Ward, the unforgettable voice of Tybalt Leftpaw and other characters in Guild Wars 2. His warmth and talent brought Tybalt to life and into our hearts. We’re grateful for his work and his legacy in Tyria. Thank you, Jim.

She genuinely thinks she knows better for real she slips up regularly and calls herself mama which my partner has addressed many times lol.

I would do this except if she doesn’t see them out somewhere (bc she knows I put the bears out) she assumes we “lost” them. 🫠 I guess he could make money in the future?

And yeah unless he shows interest, which he won’t bc he can’t immediately feel if he likes the texture of boxed bears, hell no am I going to take them out of the box and ruin their 20+ year old value. So thanks for gifting me a collectors item instead of getting him something he will actually use.

And yes we did get him a CB squishmallow for Xmas but since she was insisting on getting him Care Bears we focused on his other interests because she quite literally was only getting him Care Bears.
