this is Baron La Croix; the dapperest of blokes. he is definitely a seducer amd flirts with Chantal a LOT even knowing it won't go anywhere

this one was one of my FAVS to draw; Erzulie Freda she is supposed to be super vain and flirty in lore, but i made her KIND OF a ditz in the fic its fine. she's fine

and last is Maman Brigitte. she is wife/consort to Baron Samedi. might also redraw this one and do a bit more detailing, idk yet

AND THE NEXT BATCH-
i will also explain; the barons in true lore from what i found are sort of interchangeable/different version of the same guy. i made them individuals for PTTR-

first up we have Baron Samedi! i am honestly really proud of the way the snake turned out. but Samedi is supposed to be like, the ruler of the dead. in PTTR he's more of a ruler of the Vilokan (realm of the loa)

next is Baron Kriminel. he is....volatile to say the least, which is also true to lore. i may redraw this one honestly but its amusing to me that he is calmed by flambè-ing a live chicken to make it scream, and he specifically prefers the black feathered ones in PTTR he injures Chantal when her offering was deemed "not good enough"

this is meant to be Ghede Linto. in PTTR, since he is a miracle worker, he is the main reason Chantal is alive, so she's very much favored by him he is SUCH a cutie pie, i love writing him so much

here we have the king of the crossroads; Papa Legba! he is the one to summon first if you wanna talk to any other Loa, and i kept this fact for PTTR. he loves to tease Al and Chantal, but was the main one to pass on information to them when they were alive

so gonna do these in bulk cuz there is a lot, but in PTTR i make heavy mentions of the Loa (vodou spirits), and drew out the ones i make most mention 🙃
